Common Question

"My agency provides liability insurance.  Why do I have to get my own?

Because the agency is just insuring themselves while you are in their employ.  They are not insuring you personally.  Don't assume the organization will protect you. They could easily 'throw you under the bus' and still be cleared of their own liabiity.
